1899-08Almost certainly destroyed in the St. Polycarpe derailment of August 1899. In the photo, the the entire side has been ripped apart by the stack and boiler of locomotive 624. The Ottawa Journal reported that the steam which burst into the inside of the car killed seven passengers. This was the first passenger accident on the CAR. Ottawa Journal and photo --.
