Accurail's scale size Proto:HO couplers are molded in acetal plastic, and compatible with standard size Kadee couplers.  They come with screws and scale-width draft gear boxes.

Sergent couplers are working scale models of prototype couplers.  They are cast in metal.  The shank is compatible with standard draft gear boxes, however, they will not mate with Kadee-style couplers.  Instead of a locking pin as on the prototype, Sergent uses a tiny steel ball that is trapped inside the body of the coupler.  A magnetic tool can be used to lift this ball, unlocking the knuckle.

#58: Small Head Coupler, 2 pair, $2.95
Kadee's small-head coupler is patterned after their popular #5 coupler.  The shank is the same, but the head has been reduced in size to more accurately convey the mass of a prototype head.  These couplers mate with other Kadee couplers.

BC Models has 36 styles of HO arch bar trucks.  They have packaged just the sideframes and bolsters into a kit for P87 conversions.  The price is just $ 2.50 for a pair of trucks.  Unless you use the 26.2mm axles, you have to trim the bolsters and solder to the side frames.

NorthWest Short Line's code 64, Proto:87 wheels are machined from solid nickel silver.  The products listed here are compatible with Proto:87.1 track, while those labelled P:HO are not.  All wheelsets are non-magnetic.  33" and smaller come in packs of 4, larger wheels are in packs of 6 axles.
